Refund Policy
At The grime Guardians, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled service.
We will first offer to revisit and re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied after the follow-up cleaning, you may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the original service fee.
