Services Offered

We provide professional cleaning services to fitness gyms, fight gyms, training studios, and similar facilities. We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice. Availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

Booking and Payments

All bookings must be confirmed via email, phone, or our website. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

Credit/debit cards
Bank transfers
Electronic payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Venmo)

Recurring service clients may receive invoicing options upon request. We reserve the right to change our pricing or accepted payment methods at any time.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies, unsafe working conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe, accessible entry to the facility during scheduled service times. All equipment or areas requiring special handling must be disclosed in advance. We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions or pre-existing damage.

Account Suspension of Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend future appointments, or terminate a service relationship at our discretion — especially in cases of abuse, harassment, unsafe working conditions, or repeated late payments.

Warranties and Disclaimer

We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning services, but all services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not offer warranties or guarantees beyond what is agreed upon in writing. Results may vary depending on the condition of your facility.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grime Guardians is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or equipment issues, arising from our services or your use of this website.
